In addition to radios, there was an enormous collection of electronic test equipment, surplus components, and electronics of all sorts (but with an emphasis on parts that might be of use to radio projects, of course). Bob has been renowned for his generous support to the local amateur radio community with his knowledge and skills over many years. With this sale, he made available to the ham community much of the electronics that have accumulated at his home in Arden Hills over those many years, while he pursued the Amateur Radio hobby and helped many of us with our own projects. This was a unique opportunty to look for that particular item that had eluded your search until now, to find a significant bargain, and to help Bob clear out his home of all the stuff. This was a win-win opportunity for him and for all of us.
We certainly hope you had a chance to stop out there at least once on that weekend.

Tables of goodies set out in front of the garage. This was the view around Noon on Saturday, 05/24/08. Some of that stuff went home with your webmaster!

Around back of the garage, you could follow the red flags to the basement of the house for more stuff.

A small sample of the stuff that was in the basement of the house.
Everything went by 4 PM. Hope you had a chance to get out there and pick up a bargain or three. The NLRS and the Wesslund family thank you for your participation in this sale.
